A park run
Dawn breaks and we don’t stir. Eventually we’re overheating in the hot room and wake up. Once again my morning routine is broken by a fake coffee (Riccoffee) but as Jordan puts it - it’s just a brown drink with caffeine, it’s not coffee. A small bowl of Futerlife and we hop in the car to head off to Delta park for a run.
It’s a lovely run. Jordan and I talk about all things and manage to run quite a lot faster and further than we had initially thought. The park is beautiful and full of people and dogs. There is a mountain bike track with some bends that people send it through.
We go for breakfast at the cafe and realise that today is the 11th! Berry French toast and an egg and bacon croissant is great. A lovely catch up and talk about morals and ethics then the late night catches up on us.
Home calls for a sleep and many snoozes. More than a nap it’s basically a meditation that has a few periods that I might have been asleep. Kathy is having an interview and we listen to it in the lounge.
Went to Paul’s to get ice cream
