Sun. Suncream. Sunburn. Love to hate to love them.
Turning thirty this year: within the body the feeling of impermanence is creeping in. I was inspired by some particularly diligent people - with beautifully healthy skin - to take better care of my own. So I put out this message to a few people in my life who I suspected used suncream on the daily:
