LLMs in my work life
This was originally written when LLMs were just launched. Things have moved so quickly and now, coming back and reading it, it seems remarkably outdated.
Everything is now run by Claude Code. Everything is automated. And the experience of writing software is equivalent to being a CTO and just managing engineers from a high level.

I’ve decided to lean into the LLM life, but take it all with a pinch of 🧂. This means ChatGPT Plus, Github Copilot, Notion AI (to a lesser degree) and all the wonderful text to image tools out there.
There’s a lot of wheel spinning out there - tools that seem flashy and helpful, but when used once are never picked up again. I aspire to keep this blog post up to date with the tools or features that I found really helpful, or use repeatedly.
